Aurore T. Perry, 78, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 7, 2025. Born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, she was the beloved daughter of Alfred and Celia (Hervieux) Gaumond. Aurore's early life was enriched by the presence of her siblings, although she was preceded in death by her late siblings, Antonia Duval, Florence Gaumond, Ruth Cooper, and Roger Gaumond. Throughout her life, she cherished the memories made with her surviving siblings, Barbara Gramza and George Gaumond.
Aurore was a loving wife and mother, who dedicated herself to her family. She was married to the late Charles E. Perry for 23 wonderful years, building a life filled with love and shared memories.She is survived by her sons, Brian Quinlan and his wife Barbara, and Kevin Quinlan and his wife Lisa. She took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to Bryan and Rebecca Quinlan and adored being a great-grandmother to Bryson Quinlan. She also embraced her role as a step-grandmother to Jack and Crystal Dunstan.
Aurore found joy in the simplest of pleasures. A lover of gaming, she enjoyed spending time at the casino, where her laughter and excitement could often be heard amidst the clinking of coins. Evenings spent at home were equally cherished, as she delighted in watching TV game shows with a refreshing Coca-Cola and indulging in Hostess cupcakes.
Throughout her life, Aurore's heart was always focused on her family. She was a steadfast source of support and encouragement, offering love and guidance to all who knew her. Her devotion and love of her family as well, as her love for slots and lottery tickets, will be remembered and missed by her family and friends.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, February 15th from 3:00 – 5:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a funeral home service at 5:00pm. Burial will be private.
